I coordinated strategic communications for a major education reform programme in the Democratic Republic of Congo, translating technical priorities and programme evidence into clear communications for government, donors, partners and communities. Working across technical teams, I helped align messaging, advocacy and storytelling with broader education reform objectives.
Stakeholder & Donor Communications
Connecting programme results with government, donors and communities.
I worked with Ministry of Education counterparts, provincial authorities and programme teams to strengthen communication around reform implementation. I also turned programme data and field evidence into donor reports, success stories and communication products for USAID and UK Aid, while helping establish systems to track communication reach, engagement and quality.
